How it all began...

was founded on the principle that "your health is your wealth."  We all have a journey and a story to tell individually. Our hope is to portray those stories and bring about enlightenment and encouragement to those who don't need it, and to those who need it most.

What started out inspired by the show "FRIENDS" as a clever marketing tool to raise money for the first global fitness franchise became much more than just a new trademark. After assembling TRUE fans of the show "FRIENDS" they have begin to write an official show that features the following (CAST).

Excited for new beginnings, the cast feels they will bring about a new fresh edge of entertainment that will be just as fun and exciting as "FRIENDS."
